How to Create Leagues in Live Tourney
Leagues in Live Tourney allow you to organize and manage events within specific groups or categories. A method to track participants standing amongst their peers across a collection of events, leagues can add a competitive, chronological edge to your events. This article provides steps on how to create your first league. Let's get started:
- Log in to your Live Tourney account and navigate to the Live Tourney dashboard.
- On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will find a menu. Click on the "Leagues" button, where you will see previously created leagues.

Once your league has been created, you can click into it from the “Leagues” button in the dashboard. Here, the user can modify and see the content already created such as tagged rosters, teams, emails, league information, schedule, and standing.

Team Based Leagues
Event setup will be similar as the above, but there are some required roster changes in order to dictate who is on what team and assign them to a league.
- In your master roster, you must create an empty clubs for each team associated with the league, then add payers from your roster into those clubs for each team. For example, the image shows our master roster with League Team 1-4.

- Next, you’ll be able to add those clubs (teams) as teams into a league. Once the league is created, you can add those teams in the “teams” dropdown within the admin view of the league.
- Now, all standings and results will be based on team results, points, and payouts.
