Paid Registration
Live Tourney is proud to offer paid registration through our integration with Stripe’s payment processing platform. This means no more receiving checks in the mail, or day of payment collections for events. With our partnership, you are able to directly link a bank account and collect payment through Live Tourney’s registration portal, without Live Tourney touching the funds.
Creating your Stripe Account
As the intermediary between Live Tourney’s registration portal and your bank account, you will have to create a free Stripe account, then link your bank account to collect payment.
Associated Fees
Payments are included as part of your subscription and there are no fees to get set up or start using payment registrations. For each payment, the fee will be 4.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Refunds and Cancellations
If your players requests a cancellations for a registered event, there are directions on how to remove them from the roster in our registration management documentation.
Issuing a refund to a previously registered player can be accomplished through your Stripe dashboard.
