Skins, Deuces, and Putts

Opt players in/out of skins/deuces and track putts

Overview

Edit Skins, Deuces, and Putts settings allows you to designate who is participating in side games.

Getting Started

In event creation, you can opt all players in or out of side games like skins and deuces. Once the event has been created, select the event dropdown ellipsis (โ€ฆ) located to the right of your event name in the main dashboard, to alter individual participation.

Manipulating Skins, Deuces, and Putts

Live Tourney allows you to opt specific individuals or teams in or out of skins and deuces games by simply selecting the check mark next to their name. You can also dictate whether skins results on the leaderboard are calculated based on flights.

In the below example, you can see certain teams and individuals have opted out of gross or net skins, and no one is tracking deuces, putts, or Canadian skins.

You also have the option, within advanced options, to only track gross or net skins for specific holes.

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
Canadian skins represents a variation of net skins, which prioritizes a player's actual (gross) score rather than a net score. In the event that several players achieve the same lowest score on a particular hole, but only one of them achieved this using their gross score, that player wins the skin.

Putts

You can enable players to track their putts in these setting by checking the โ€œPuttsโ€ icon. Once the players input their scorecard code on the player scorecard, they will see a box where they can input putts per hole. Participants will be able to view putts in the 3 line dropdown menu in the live scoring browser.

See the Player Experience documentation for how the player tracks and views their putts.
