Registration Events: Finish Event Setup

In this article, we will explore the “Finish Event Setup” section in the event dropdown section for your registration event. This button will let you close out registration for your event and access other event management options.

To finish event setup, you must finish the event setup process, then select the event dropdown … ellipsis located to the right of the event name in the main dashboard.

Selecting this option will take you through the typical event creation process. Depending on what event type you selected (singe round, multi-round, etc), you will have to finish the remainder of setup options.

In a typical single round event, there are 3 stages including event info, player details, and pairings.

For registration events, event info was created already, so you can skip the first stage unless there is a modification to be made.

After event info, you will see a list of registered players. Here, you can drag and drop to alter teams, or add players who neglected to register.

Once teams are set, you will be prompted to create pairings.
