Getting Started with Event Management

Intro

Event management in Live Tourney comes after your event has been created. In the event creation process, you will specify your event specs, add your roster, and create groupings. In event management, can modify your existing event, set up side games, and run day of operations.

Modifications

As you know, things change prior to the start of your event. Players cancel, teams change, tee’s change for individuals, handicaps alter, and many other unforeseen variables.

Side Games

Live Tourney supports many side games such as skins, deuces, long drive, KP, parimutuel, and points and payouts calculator. In event management, you will be able to set up and modify these games.

Day of Operations

Once your event is ready to go, there are many day of operations such as printing scorecards, tee sheets, or cart signs. Additionally, you may want to reference or alter player submitted scorecards, or post scores from event management.

Accessing Event Management

To access the event management options for any given event, select the dropdown to the right of your event name in the main dashboard. This dropdown is shown with a “…” or ellipsis.
