Overview
Edit Flights and Status allows you to segment and sort scores within your leaderboard and designate did not finish for teams.
Getting Started
In order to create flights, you must create the event first. To access Flights and Status, select the event dropdown ellipsis (…) located to the right of your event name in the main dashboard. This button will offer an assortment of options to manage and modify your event.
How to use Flights
Flights are simple ways to group competitor sets in a tournament. For example, you can divide a field by age so that senior only compete with other seniors. Here are directions on how to accomplish this in Live Tourney.
- Create Flights
- Name, then add (or delete) flights
- Assign Flights
- Sort, then auto assign flights by handicap, alphabetical, or gross/net results
- Manually assign flights by clicking “flight” within each team
- Advanced Options
- College Scoring Format: Choose top N within a flight
- A new “Team Scores” option will be viewable in the live leaderboard dropdown options.
How to use Status
Status is a useful feature when you need to indicate or designate a status such as Active, DNF, WD, NS, CUT, or DQ on the live leaderboard. To designate a status, simply select the Status dropdown in the team breakdown and choose accordingly.
