Adding your golf course data to Live Tourney is a straightforward process that allows you to provide accurate and up-to-date information for your tournaments. In this article, we'll guide you through the process of adding your course data to Live Tourney.
From the Dashboard, click on My Courses
To begin, log in to your Live Tourney account and navigate to the dashboard. In the main navigation menu under Manage, you'll find the "My Courses" section. Click on this option to proceed to the course management page.
Search for your golf course
On the course management page, enter the name of your golf course in the search field and click the "Search" button. Live Tourney will now scan its database to find matching courses based on the provided information.
Custom Courses
Should you need custom courses that are not in GHIN (a cross country par 3 course for example), click Create Custom Course on the top right and fill out the form for your custom course.
Congratulations! You have now successfully added your golf course data to Live Tourney. By maintaining accurate and up-to-date course information with the USGA, you can provide a seamless experience for participants, improve communication, and enhance the overall tournament management process.
